Kent is a licensed, bonded and insured auctioneer and appraiser and owner of Corbett Auctions and Appraisals, Inc. since 1991. Among his many strengths, Kent excels at building lasting relationships with his buyers and sellers. He has successfully sold millions of dollars of residential, commercial, agricultural and recreational real estate in his career. His natural charisma shines in his specialty of managing and conducting “live” commissioned real estate auctions. He was even named Champion Auctioneer in 2008 and 2014 by the Idaho Association of Professional Auctioneers.

Kent attended the Western College of Auctioneering in Billings, Montana and is bonded and approved to conduct auctions for the Federal Bankruptcy Court.  He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Idaho Association of Professional Auctioneers. In addition to his already long list of accomplishments and certifications, Kent is an accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate designation from the Auction Marketing Institute and has held leadership roles with the Idaho Association of Professional Auctioneers Association.
